Please read the Terms of Service carefully. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Service, you must not access the R square services.

Your access to the R square services is subject to these Terms of Service. R square reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service from time to time without notice or acceptance by you although if we decide to materially change all or part of the R square Terms of Service we will, where reasonably possible, try to give you advance reasonable notice at your email address on record. Such modified Terms of Service will become effective upon the earlier of (i) your continued use of the R square service with actual knowledge of such modified Terms of Service, or (ii) thirty (30) days from publication of such modified Terms of Service on this page or the R square website.

Your use of the R square service is also subject to the R square Privacy Policy, which explains how we treat your personal information, and provides information about our data protection practices.

Any use of any of our R square fee-based subscription offerings is bound by these Terms of Service plus any additional terms and conditions which will be made available in a separate agreement agreed to by you, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with R square if you access that R square service.

By signifying your acceptance of these Terms of Service or making any use of the R square service, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Service in effect at the time of your use. If you are an individual acting as a representative of a corporation or other legal entity which wishes to use the R square service, then you represent and agree that you have the authority to accept these Terms of Service on behalf of such corporation or other legal entity and that all provisions of these Terms of Service will bind that corporation or other legal entity as if it were named in these Terms of Service in place of you.

Definitions. For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the terms in this Section 2 shall have the meanings assigned to them.

“Candidate” means an individual a User invites to access the R square service.

“User” or “Recruiter” means those individuals having registered accounts with a user identification name and password.

“R square services” means the software for R square coding challenges and user interface software used to recruit and screen software developers that is hosted by R square hosting service provider and made available to you pursuant to these Terms of Service.

“Students” to connect with independent contractor instructors (the “Instructors”, collectively with Students, the “Users”) who provide live and recorded instruction, tutoring, and learning services (the “Courses”) via Our Services. The Services include, without limitation, facilitating and hosting Courses and supporting materials, and taking feedback from Users.

From time to time, We may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices, such as when We add new features, and R square reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If We make any material change to these Terms, We will notify You using prominent means such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in Your Account or by posting a notice through Our Services. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise.
